We’re organising four FREE public events across the UK for you to hear what life is really like in Assam, ask questions, and help plan the next stage of the 'Who picked my tea?' campaign.

The speakers

You’ll hear from two tea activists from the Indian state of Assam – the tea picked there is a key ingredient in some of the UK’s most popular blends yet pay and conditions for tea workers are appalling

They are coming to the UK to speak about life on tea estates, what local groups are doing to bring about change, and what you can do in the UK to stand in solidarity with them.

The events are free but please register in advance by clicking on the event you wish to attend or by calling 020 3752 5718.
