Senior HR and Operations Manager
Salary Scale: Band 3 (FTE Band starting salary from £32,800 in Newcastle / £36,800 including London weighting allowance)
Location: Newcastle or London
Contract and Hours: Part time (30hrs per week), flexible

Traidcraft Exchange is an international development charity which uses the power of trade to bring about lasting solutions to poverty. We run development programmes in South Asia and Africa, work directly with businesses to improve their supply chains and campaign in the UK for justice and fairness in international trade.
We are looking for an experienced HR and Operations professional to provide effective and efficient day-to-day human resources and operational management across Traidcraft Exchange. This varied role will involve you delivering our operational HR management and supporting organisational effectiveness, efficiency, compliance and good practice by ensuring fit for purpose business systems. You will be a person-centred, approachable and resilient HR and Operations professional who is able to multi-task and achieve positive results. Qualified or part-qualified with a relevant professional body (eg CIPD, ILM), you’ll be proactive, able to use your initiative and will demonstrate a creative solutions approach. You’ll bring a commitment to the vision and ethos of Traidcraft Exchange and a commitment to our mission of fighting poverty through trade.
